Presentation
In particular, it offers a completely linear frequency response from 1Hz to 40kHz. The slew rate allows rapid transitions and subtle details in the sound to be captured, giving it great responsiveness.
The PRIME card uses continuously coupled (DC) gain which eliminates low frequency distortion typical of AC coupling and improves low frequency linearity as well as phase response.
Low-noise transistors and audiophile-grade Nichicon FG electrolytic capacitors are used. These components are manufactured with state-of-the-art etching techniques to ensure low noise and minimal distortion.
The card uses the latest 32-bit/96kHz converters for high-precision audio conversion by reducing distortion and improving signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic range.
The ADC system can be configured for different filter characteristics, providing the ability to choose between fast or slow roll-off and ultra-low latency, depending on the specific needs of the listening location or music type.
Internal circuitry is protected by full metal shielding which reduces radio frequency (RF) interference and preserves signal integrity.
In summary, the PRIME output card is designed with a rigorous selection of components to offer very high-end sound quality. It incorporates advanced technologies to minimize noise and distortion, and ensure faithful and precise sound reproduction that is suitable for the most demanding applications.
