The API 500VPR is a powered rack for 10 standard API modules, 500 Series format. It is a 3U empty chassis with 10 slots, designed to insert 500 series modules. It is delivered with a L200PS Tripolar power supply unit.

The API 500VPR is a rugged, 3U, 10-slot rack-mountable chassis for your 500 Series modular equipment. Powered by a supplied L200PS 3-pole external power supply, the 500V accepts 500 Series modules.

The API-VPR's input and output jacks are both XLR connectors, and the unit can hold up to 10 500 Series formatted modules including the 550A, 550B, 560, 525, and 512C. Now you can customize your installation to meet your exact needs by adding the API 500V 10-slot chassis.

Note that older API 560A equalizer models used pin #15 for a “direct output” which must be disabled on the 560A’s side connector to prevent it from being damaged by the 48 volts. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact Sonovente sales technicians.
