MXR - Fat Sugar

The MXR Fat Sugar Overdrive Pedalboard delivers a diverse palette of clear, transparent tones, similar to the Sugar Drive, in a traditional MXR housing. This pedal is ideal for musicians who prefer the classic MXR format to that of the mini model.

This pedal is characterized by its great versatility, offering a unique Drive setting that simulates the transition of an amp from clean to dirty by mixing your clean signal at the start of the tuning range. Additionally, it is equipped with a voltage doubler that expands the overall dynamic range and strengthens the sound of the pedal. These different tools allow you to offer a wide variety of functionalities, ranging from power increase to tube distortion.

By default, the Fat Sugar Drive overdrive pedalboard is configured for full bypass. However, for music lovers looking for a buffered bypass, simply remove the bottom plate and activate the internal Buffer switch, close it and start playing. This exclusive version comes with a custom sparkling pink finish.

This reference is equipped with a 9 volt battery which is located under the pedal and which can be replaced by removing the bottom panel. Additionally, it can be powered by the Dunlop ECB003 9 volt adapter as well as the DC Brick™, Iso-Brick™ and Mini Iso-Brick™ power supplies.
