The 1073LB EQ from AMS Neve is a 500 Series 3-band mono equalizer module that delivers the sound you crave from the Neve 1073. Originally released in 1970, the original Neve 1073 is probably the mic preamp and equalizer. most famous and most sought after in the world, for recording voices and instruments of all types. Handcrafted in England, the 1073LB EQ delivers the classic Class A EQ sound, but requires a specific power supply such as a Lunchbox or a 500 Series API rack.

  • AMS Neve 1073LB EQ A 3-band, 500-series EQ mono module that delivers the sound you expect from the Neve 1073.
  • 3 legendary EQ tapes in 500 format.
  • When the 1073LBEQ is paired with the 1073LB pre-amp , we obtain a combination preamplification / EQ 100% discrete.
  • Rotary potentiometers for precise adjustment of the 3 bands of EQ and 1073 high-pass filter.
  • A LED indicating the presence of the signal lights in green for a level of -25dB and red for a level + 24dB.
  • A button with an LED allows you to activate the EQ input or output.
  • A classic Neve balanced circuit is used on the input and output for standalone use. These levels are cut off and the 1073LBEQ is 100% unobtrusive when used with the Neve 1073LB mic preamp.
  • The API (Audio Processing Insert) concept allows you to use the 1073LBEQ module as an insert with the Neve 1073LB micro preamp (Both modules must be connected in the same 500 format chassis).
  • Rotary potentiometers for high frequencies offering two functions: control of the threshold level of the HF and the high-pass filter.
  • A compact design in a rugged new metal housing allows the elimination of electromagnetic radiation during the rack installation type "Lunchbox".
