The Piano du Nord Piano 5 section is equipped with 2 independent motors, allowing sounds to be superimposed or divided for an extended sound palette. With 120 voice polyphony, you can play complex passages without audio interruption.
The keyboard also offers 3 touch options to accommodate different playing styles, in addition to advanced string resonance and gentle release, which further enrich the musical experience.
In the Sample Synth section, 2 independent synthesizers are offered, each benefiting from double the memory compared to previous models. You can access a multitude of sounds and personalize them with “Soft” and “Bright” filters, or even “Unison” mode for richer sounds. The "Round Robin" function guarantees natural repetition of notes, avoiding the monotony of electronic repetitions.
The Nord Piano 5's Effects section offers a range of high-quality stereo effects, inspired by classic pedals. These effects can be assigned to any sound layer, whether in the Piano or Sample Synth section.
Among the available effects, we find reverb with the "Choral" and "Bright/Dark" modes, and a delay with the "Ping Pong" mode, allowing you to create varied and dynamic sound atmospheres.
