Micro RODE NTG-1
Directional Condenser Microphone
The new RØDE NTG-1 is a lightweight condenser shotgun microphone, specifically designed for professional field of film, video, television, dubbing and institutional.
The NTG-1 provides an electronically balanced output level and operates under 48 V P48 standard.
Its bandwidth and directivity control coupled to the electronic SMT low noise and light weight, make it ideal NTG-1 to bind just a video camera (not supplied with accessories) or on a pole .
The NTG-1 comes with its clamp and a windscreen which removes the breath during outdoor recording under normal conditions.
Additional accessories are available for other applications.

Operation
The NTG-1 works with a standard 48V phantom power. He admits a voltage between 44 and 52 V positive polarity between terminals 2 and 3 via the output XLR connector.
Output Impedance
NTG-1 function in an optimum manner to a 1k Ohm load impedance. If a load below thereof is employed, the level of the output signal will be reduced.
The output of the NTG-1 is mirrored between pin 2 (hot) 3 (cold) and pin 1 (ground).
Directivity
 Supercardioid
