The Roland VAD716-PW, with its glossy white finish, combines elegance and performance. Its V71 module integrates a multitude of sounds developed with DW, offering more than 200 ready-to-use drum kits. You can easily customize each kit using compressor effects, equalizer or even overhead microphone simulation. The large color LCD screen and 8 faders give you precise control over each element of your drum kit.

The kit includes a PD-14DSX digital snare drum, equipped with detailed sensors for exceptional sensitivity. It is accompanied by realistic tom and cymbal pads, which offer sensations very close to an acoustic drum kit. The KD-18-BK bass drum adds an authentic touch with its wooden shell and its skin-mounted sensor. The set is completed by 16 and 18-inch crash and ride cymbals, for total immersion.

One of the major assets of this electronic drum kit is its advanced connectivity. With built-in Bluetooth, you can stream your tracks directly from your phone and record your performances wirelessly. A variety of audio inputs and outputs, including 8 direct outputs and a multi-channel USB-C interface, allow for a professional setup in the studio or on stage.

The VAD716 doesn’t just reproduce the classic sounds of an acoustic drum kit. With user sample import and compatibility with Roland Cloud, you can expand your sound library with new kits and instruments. V-Edit editing tools, combined with V71 Editor software, offer extensive customization options for each sound element.

With its Acoustic Design, the Roland VAD716 is designed to deliver an authentic experience while incorporating modern features. You can take full advantage of the ambience and reverb effects to sculpt a unique sound. The size and layout of the elements are faithful to an acoustic drum kit, ensuring optimal playing comfort.

Roland's V-Drums line, launched in the late 1990s, marked a breakthrough in the world of electronic drums. With prestigious collaborations, such as the one with DW for the TD-7 series, Roland has pushed the boundaries of sonic innovation.
The VAD (V-Drums Acoustic Design) series combines the appearance of an acoustic drum kit with advanced electronic features, offering professional and amateur drummers an unrivaled experience.
