It can also be powered by standard LR6 batteries, providing approximately 9 hours of operation. This transmitter is equipped with contacts for easy charging with the SBC200 or SBC220 dual chargers.

With Shure Gain Ranging technology, the QLXD2's microcontroller automatically adjusts gain based on the audio source, eliminating manual adjustments for the user and optimizing the signal-to-noise ratio. The transmitter uses two audio paths, one high gain and one low gain, providing a total dynamic range of over 120 dB.
