Shure introduces the QLXD2 SM58 H51 wireless handheld microphone, a benchmark in audio quality and RF performance for demanding professional applications, whether in concert, in houses of worship or during performances.
With a range of up to 100 meters, this modern and innovative handheld microphone offers a complete solution for audio professionals, with secure transmission thanks to AES 256-bit encryption for sound reinforcement and live production.

The QLXD2 is powered by the Shure SB900A lithium-ion rechargeable battery sold separately, providing 10 hours of continuous operation with a measurement accuracy of hours and minutes. It can also be powered by standard LR6 batteries for approximately 9 hours of operation. The transmitter is equipped with contacts for easy charging with the SBC200 or SBC220 stations.

With Shure Gain Ranging technology, the QLXD2 automatically adjusts the gain according to the audio source, eliminating the need for manual adjustments by the user and the signal-to-noise ratio is dynamically optimized. The transmitter uses two high-gain and low-gain audio paths for a total dynamic range of over 120 dB. The microphone automatically selects the appropriate path to ensure optimal performance and transmit a balanced signal to the receiver. In addition, the QLXD2 offers an ultra-low latency of 2.9 ms, ensuring perfect sound synchronization.

Designed in die-cast aluminum, the QLXD2 SM58 H51 handheld microphone is robust and suitable for regular professional use. The frequency and power lock function prevents accidental adjustment of parameters, the performance is stable and reliable in all situations. The interface with backlit LCD screen simplifies menu navigation and parameter control (group/channel, frequency and battery level), the use is intuitive in the field.

At the top of this microphone, we find the capsule of the legendary Shure SM58, with its round and silver design and its unique sound signature, the slight bump in the mids and the precise and detailed timbre of the voice.
The advantage of the QLXD2 range of handheld microphones lies in the interchangeability of the capsules, offering varied possibilities.
