Prepare for a sonic experience unlike any other with EarthQuaker Zoar, the distortion pedal that redefines musical standards.

Zoar is more than just an effect; it’s a force of nature, designed for guitarists and bassists seeking power and efficiency.

With its mid-to-high gain transistor, Zoar responds to every nuance of your playing, capturing the touch sensitivity of coveted vintage amps.

This pedal embodies the perfect balance between retro and modern, delivering instantly recognizable distortion while remaining incredibly flexible.

The Weight control is the maestro of this distortion symphony, controlling the amount of low end that flows through the circuit, dictating the sonic character.

Zoar can give you a smooth clean boost, high-gain distortion, dynamic overdrive, or even a rich fuzz that’s perfect for alternate tunings or powerful bass.

With 3-band EQ and Gain control, you can enjoy a nearly infinite range of sound, while Level control influences output volume and overall sonic character.

Sculpt your sound with greater precision, from subtle nuances to radical sonic transformations worthy of a low-pass filter.

- Learn More:

- Level: Adjusts the output volume

- Weight: This is an input frequency control that changes the voicing and saturation of the distortion. Turning the Weight clockwise allows more low frequencies to pass through. This increases the gain, allows the low frequencies to clip more quickly, and can change the tone of the pedal from tight distortion to looser fuzz.

- Gain: Turn clockwise to increase the distortion. This adjusts the bias of the transistor. It is normal to hear some static when turning.

- Bass: Passive bass control, adjusts the low frequency content between 0 and 800Hz +/- 15dB.

- Middle: Passive middle control, adjusts the mid frequency content between 500Hz and 3kHz +/- 10dB.

- Treble: Passive treble control, adjusts the high frequency content between 1kHz and 10kHz +/-15dB.
