Line 6 - HX Effects

Line 6 strikes again very hard with this new generation of HX Effects!

Embedding a hundred sounds, you will find all your favorite effects in the most faithful restitution quality possible. All the best effects of the M and Stompbox series are part of it, and you have the possibility to create a chain including up to 9 effects.

Drawing its great power from the SHARC processor (from the Helix series), the integrated models have been improved to the point of being able to restore the performances of each of the components of a pedal, including the most complex ones like a Germanium Fuzz or the analog delays embedding a Bucket Brigade. The authenticity is thus more highlighted and the rendering of the amps and pedals is precise.

The Bypass of the signal is 100% analog and in the event of a cut, the sound does not pass through the A / D / A converter for total transparency.

Always with a desire to respect the signal, the HX Effects allows you to integrate third-party IRs (impulse responses) allowing you to find YOUR sound in any configuration.

The interface and ergonomics of the HX Effects have been designed so that even the most novice guitarist can find their way around the routing without having to navigate through complex menus. Readability is simplified by the use of colored LED rings indicating the footswitch assignment and its status.

The "Snapshot" function gives you the ability to create modifications in a preset and recall the different sequences without cutting the sound.

But the HX Effects is not only intended for guitarists, its mono/stereo and MIDI inputs give you the ability to connect to a keyboard, a DJ or a producer using machines in order to use the unit as an external effects processor, the input potentiometer allowing you to switch to Line signal in one click.

The Line 6 block includes hyper-complete routing possibilities, you can input or output stereo effects, create parallel signal lines and the two effects loops can be chained in stereo.

The effects loops can both attack effects in parallel but also use a 4/7 cable connection method.

6.35mm jack inputs are included to connect expression pedals, but they can also drive an amp via TRS jack. You will then have the choice of driving 4 amps or 2 amps plus an expression pedal.

The USB-B port gives you the possibility to connect to a PC/Mac in order to perform firmware updates, but also to organize your different presets using the HX Edit application.
