Did you know about hybrid transistor/tube microphone preamps? With its high-end LCT 940 model, Lewitt offers the same principle in the microphone, with control of the directivities and the Tube/FET mix from its external power supply box.

By pushing the rotary potentiometer all the way to "Tube", the sound of the microphone will tend to be warmer and rich in harmonics. By pushing it all the way to "FET", the sound will be clearer and more punchy. The other advantage of this system is to have the possibility of mixing these two types of technology by dosing more or less of its lamp (tube) or FET (transistors) in order to find your ideal sound.

In addition, the LCT 940 has a total of 9 polarities, enough to meet all the needs of a professional studio.

The Lewitt LCT 940 is a microphone that can adapt to all types of voices!
