The Martin Audio CDD-LIVE 8 Black is an ultra-compact active loudspeaker that employs coaxial differential dispersion technology, offering a frequency response of 70 Hz to 20 kHz, suitable for a variety of professional sound reinforcement needs.
Featuring an 8-inch LF driver with a 2-inch voice coil, as well as a 1-inch polyimide dome HF driver, this speaker is capable of producing a SPL of up to 123 dB peak, while ensuring a horizontal dispersion of 80° to 110° and a vertical dispersion of 60°, which allows for uniform coverage.
In addition to its acoustic performance, the CDD-LIVE 8 incorporates a Class-D amplifier capable of delivering 650 W continuous and up to 1300 W peak, while being equipped with a variety of audio connectivity, including XLR inputs and Dante networking options for simplified digital distribution from consoles or matrices.
Designed for use in live sound reinforcement applications, theaters, concerts, conferences or fixed installations, this speaker combines robustness and versatility, thanks to its multi-layer plywood cabinet, while offering flexible mounting options to suit all needs.
