Pioneer DJ - XDJ-XZ

Pioneer's XDJ-XZ is an all-in-one DJ system compatible with Rekordbox music management software and Serato DJ Pro, allowing you to mix with or without a computer.

Fully standalone, it features 4 decks and 2 large jog wheels. It includes two built-in USB players and a 4-channel mixer, with a control panel layout borrowed from the CDJ/DJM series.

The XDJ-XY features a 7-inch touchscreen with dual waveform search and display, providing information from both players simultaneously, including play position, BPM and beat grids.

Each deck of the XDJ-XZ features a touch-sensitive jog wheel with integrated colour display, which visually indicates waveforms, hot cues, BPM and beat grids. There are four pad modes (Hot Cue, Beat Loop, Slip Loop and Beat Jump), eight multi-colour pads and a long-form tempo slider capable of ±6, ±10, ±16 and a wide range of adjustments. In addition, each deck offers a reverse play button, a vinyl jog mode with speed adjustment, an automatic beat loop and a loop slice function.

The mixer section features a gain control, a 3-band EQ/isolator and dedicated sound colour effects for each channel. Effects include delay, echo, spiral, reverb, transformer, flanger, pitch and roll, while dedicated navigation controls allow you to navigate and select tracks for each deck.

Mic and EQ level controls, booth monitor and master level controls are located on the top of the unit. Using Link Export via USB, you can play tracks without having to export them. Channels 3 and 4 can accommodate two additional player inputs, which connect to the mixer and are connected via the Link 3 and Link 4 ports on the rear. In addition, both inputs offer line and phono inputs for connecting CDJs and/or turntables. The XDJ-XZ comes with a power cable, USB cable and a license for the rekordbox dj software.

The XDJ-XZ is the first standalone controller compatible with Rekordbox DJ's Pro DJ Link. You can mix from your USB sticks (preferably analyzed via Rekordbox DJ), from a Hard Drive, using your computer on the Rekordbox DJ software included with the XDJ-XZ, or from early 2020 with the Serato DJ Pro software.

This high-performance all-in-one allows traveling DJs and service providers to mix on a single element but with almost all the performance of a CDJ 2000 Nexus 2, DJM-900 Nexus 2 or a DDJ-1000.
