The Soundboks Gen. 4 is a powerful and versatile speaker designed to deliver an exceptional sound experience in any environment. With a grey grille, it is capable of producing an impressive maximum volume of 126 dB, thanks to its advanced amplification system comprising three 72 W RMS Class D amplifiers and a next-generation DSP with a proprietary bass enhancement system.

The Soundboks Gen. 4's drivers include two 10-inch woofers delivering 96 dB and a 1-inch compression tweeter producing 104 dB, covering an effective frequency range of 40 Hz to 20 kHz. The custom sound profile with bass booster ensures a rich and immersive acoustic experience.

In terms of connectivity, the Soundboks Gen. 4 is equipped with a USB-C interchangeable battery, allowing you to charge all your compatible products, and Bluetooth 5.0 for stable and fast wireless pairing. It also features the TeamUP function, allowing you to wirelessly connect up to five SKAA network-compatible speakers. Connection options include two combo microphone/instrument inputs (XLR, 1/4"), a 3.5mm stereo input, a 3.5mm stereo output, and a Bond button for advanced "JOIN" settings.

The speaker's enclosure is made of poplar wood, with an aluminum chassis and steel grille, both powder-coated for added durability. Silicone ball corners and flexible temperature SMP adhesive contribute to the unit's robustness. In addition, the grille is easily detachable, the batteries are interchangeable, and the speaker features an IP65-rated e-coating for protection against the elements.

The Soundboks Gen. 4's battery life is remarkable, with up to 40 hours of playback at half volume and 6 hours at full volume, while a full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours. The battery uses 12.8V 7.8Ah LiFePO4 cells, providing a capacity of 99.84 Wh.

The Battery Management System (BMS) constantly monitors safety parameters, protecting against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcapacity, undercapacity, short circuits and extreme temperatures. The user interface (UI) allows you to adjust the volume, select Host/Join modes for the wireless TeamUP, and view connected devices.

The Soundboks Gen. 4 also features a Pro Panel with specific configurations for guitar, DJ mixer, microphone and active instruments, as well as input EQ controls for Pro connections (XLR or 6.35 mm jack). Sound settings can be customized via the dedicated app, with options for a custom EQ or optimized modes such as Bass +, Power and Indoor.

To ensure optimal use, the Soundboks Gen. 4 comes with a battery (Batteryboks 4 USB-C), a charger, an Allen key for removing and customizing the speaker grille, and a user manual. The firmware is upgradeable, allowing for regular updates to keep the product up to date with the latest features.
