The 710 Twin-Finity Universal Audio is a microphone preamp/DI box that subtly combines the warmth of tubes and the bite of transistors. The 710 has a dual gain stage control (gain/level) that can vary the amount of coloration and distortion completely, allowing you to push the input gain like on a guitar amp. The VU meter features a unique “Drive” mode to see how well you are driving the input stage. You can easily record guitars, basses or keyboards with the instrument input on the high impedance 6.35 mm jack (Hi-Z) on the front panel, and mix tube and transistor sounds for a multitude of textures and tones .

Presentation
The key to the 710 Twin-Finity's sonic flexibility lies in its innovative circuit design, which features a transistor transimpedance input amp operating simultaneously - and in phase! - the tube and transistor gain stages, the summation of which is then sent to a single output. The mixing between the 310 volt single-ended triode class A stage and the transistor transimpedance stage is controlled using the “∞” potentiometer. The mix is infinitely adjustable from 100% tube to 100% solid-state, offering a virtually endless array of unique preamp sounds, and the ability to easily dial in your own signature sound.
The tone mix is infinitely adjustable from 100% tube to 100% solid-state, offering a virtually endless array of unique preamp sounds, with the ability to easily dial in your own signature sound. There are plenty of reasonably priced tube and solid-state preamplifiers out there, but the 710 Twin-Finity is the only one that offers the best of both worlds – and everything in between – in one package, and within the budget of any serious studio project. Includes 19-inch rack-mount kit for one or two units.
The 710 was specifically created to provide the tonal versatility and sonic inspiration that generic audio interface preamps lack.
