UVI's EGP is a digital recreation of the iconic Yamaha CP-70, designed to bring the rich sound of this legendary electro-acoustic piano into a versatile and manageable digital format.
The instrument features a comprehensive collection of over 10,000 precisely captured samples, offering a wide variety of tones from pure resonances to the subtle mechanical noises of pedals and hammers.
With its 5 separate audio channels, including the electric signal and two microphone configurations, as well as 10 prepared playing techniques ranging from brushes to plectrums, EGP unfolds a rich and versatile sonic panorama.
The instrument offers deep immersion thanks to its detailed effects applicable to both electric and acoustic components, allowing for advanced sound customization.
Features such as independent channel mixing and separate effects sections for acoustic and electric signals allow users to sculpt sounds of unprecedented richness.
